Proof of Sustainability
Use Veriflux to substantiate your sustainability claims. No matter how complex the supply chain.
Normalize Addresses and Verify Entities
To prove product was sustainably sourced, you must first determine its point of origin. How do you do that? Especially on a global scale, when point of origin addresses vary widely across countries?
At Veriflux, we found the answer lies in giving users multiple ways to provide an entity’s address, from a traditional street address to GPS coordinates and plus codes. Users can even indicate the entity’s location on a map for our system to record. This data is then normalized to prevent creating duplicate entities and allow for anomaly detection.
We also allow the input of National Trade Register IDs and other data elements for entity verification.
Validate and Prove Single Assignment
When records are uploaded to Veriflux, we run a variety of anomaly detection checks including deconfliction and deduplication tests. Anomalous product records are flagged for additional review.
Product records also receive unique, system-generated IDs. These IDs are then referenced every time product is mapped to a transaction. Once the total amount of the original record has been used up, the product is unable to be used in additional supply chains.
Document Chain of Custody
Use Veriflux360™ to document the chain of custody behind your product.
As product moves from entity to entity, custody transfers are recorded (either manually or automatically) as transactions. Various data elements are used to link transactions to form chains of custody. This data-rich proof of sustainability provides stakeholders across the value chain with valuable insights into the sustainability attributes of their products, and their eligibility across various regulated and voluntary markets.
